Proposal Engineer cum Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities 1. Proposal Engineering (Technical & Commercial)  Lead preparation of techno-commercial proposals for: o Water Supply Projects o WTP, STP, ETP, RO, ZLD, Desalination plants o Pumping stations, reservoirs, transmission & distribution networks o Smart water management projects with RTU-IoT and real-time dashboardsPerform process design review and engineering calculations related to automation and instrumentation.  Develop complete SCADA + RTU + IoT system architectures, including: o Field instruments o RTUs / PLCs / IoT gateways o Communication (GPRS/4G/5G, Ethernet, fiber, radio) o Centralized control rooms and cloud/on-prem dashboards  Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, pricing models, and commercial terms.  Conduct tender analysis, compliance matrices, deviation statements, and bid clarifications.  Ensure compliance with CPHEEO, BIS, ISO, IEC, and Jal Nigam / municipal standards.Act as single point of contact for assigned clients.  Manage: o Work orders, contracts, and amendments o Billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups  Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure: o Accurate execution o Timely documentation o Client satisfaction  Address client queries related to SCADA, RTU-IoT, and dashboards On-site 2 Years

Job Description

We are looking for a techno-commercial professional to drive proposal engineering and
business development for water supply and wastewater treatment projects, including WTP,
STP, ETP, RO, ZLD, desalination, pumping stations, distribution networks, and smart
water management projects using RTU-based IoT systems and centralized real-time
dashboards.
The role involves preparing compliant techno-commercial bids, defining SCADA–RTU–IoT
architectures, and supporting client engagement for municipal and industrial water
infrastructure projects across India
