Roles & Responsibilities
Common Responsibilities
- Verify employment, address, identity, loan, mortgage, and insurance details of applicants.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Update verification status and records in internal systems.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and turnaround time requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
Back Office Responsibilities
- Process and validate customer information through internal systems.
- Review and update records accurately.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
Blended Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to verify insurance or mortgage-related information.
- Perform backend verification and documentation tasks.
- Record call outcomes and update system status.
Voice (Inbound) Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from US customers.
- Assist with policy, claims, mortgage, renewal, cancellation, and documentation-related queries.
- Provide accurate information and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Update customer interactions in the system.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates: Freshers can apply.
- HSC Passed: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience required.
- Good communication and computer skills preferred.
