Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products, plans, or upgrades (upselling). Meet quality, productivity, and sales targets. Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams. Salary & Benefits

  • CTC: ₹5 LPA
  • In-hand Salary: Approximately ₹35,000 per month
